What if you stopped asking what’s in it for me and started asking how much can I give? That’s too expensive you say?

When you make business decisions that favor your company more than they favor the customer, what are you telling the world? That your customers come second.

Do you like being put second? Nope, no one does.

As time passes and your business experiences more user churn, because hey they don’t matter right? You’ll be forced to make more and more decisions based on the business and not on your customers. And then of course, you’ll eventually have to fold up shop.

Remember the reason you get into business in the first place is to make money by delighting your customers, not make money by cutting business costs.
